When you place an order we'll confirm receipt and prepare it with care. If you need to make changes, let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate you. Orders paid but not collected within 14 days may be released.
Our range of candies, chocolates and sweets is listed with current prices in good faith and may shift seasonally as we source the finest ingredients. If an item is out of stock, we'll suggest an equally delicious alternative.
For bespoke confectionery selections and custom gift boxes, we ask for at least five business days' notice and may request a deposit. If plans change, contact us early and we'll work with you flexibly.
